As we expanded our Market Intelligence, Pipeline Management, and Proposal Suites to meet our customers' demand, one challenge became increasingly clear — the underlying systems powering those workflows were evolving independently. Each suite developed its own system of record, creating natural separation between the data, context, and workflows our customers relied on every day.
While this approach enabled rapid product growth, it also exposed a limitation shared by many platforms in the AI era — AI is only as effective as the context it can access.
